One of the best strategies Michael recommends is checking the Edmunds website for what they call a “Price Promise” from dealers who agree to sell the car (make / model) you are interested in at a price as captured in the “Price Promise”.

The Edmunds Price Promise is a great way to save money when purchasing a car. On this episode Michael shares how he was able to save $1200 just using the Edmunds website for some research first. Michael will be sharing this and other tips for avoiding car salesmen and saving a lot of money on your next car purchase.

Today she earns multiple six figures and with God’s help, has been able to channel a painful past into a purposeful future by teaching women financial and business strategies. She began to realize that every way she had handled money in the past was fear based.

She began a journey of transformation emotionally, spiritually and financially which she now teaches others. Creating more money ALWAYS starts with your mindset. Mindset is simply a way of thinking. Unfortunately, most of us have been taught to think the wrong way. We have created hidden success blocks in our minds. Snowe says if you have any limiting beliefs (which are learned behaviors that hold you back), emotional blocks or unresolved emotions, you will stay stuck.

This week, I welcome Doug Messer, Founder of University Beyond on the show to share his entrepreneur success story. Doug is a two-time entrepreneur and Millennial career development speaker. He’s also a contributor to the Huffington Post and the National Association of Colleges and Employers.

Episode 10 – On a Mission to Make Education Better: Interview with Gabe Stern Co-Founder of UnCollege

UncollegeThis week, Gabe Stern joins me on the show. Gabe is the co-founder of Uncollegeuncollege.org – a gap year program that helps young people build a road map for their higher education and beyond.

The story of UnCollege begins with the founder Dale J. Stephens. Dale was unschooled – an education movement that promotes self-directed learning – from sixth through the twelfth grade and enrolled at Hendrix College in Conway, Arkansas following “high school.”

At Hendrix, Stephens came to the conclusion that he needed time to decide what he wanted to pursue professionally and that his college experience was not adequately teaching him the 21st century skills he knew he would need to succeed in the professional world.

In an effort to help young adults in an even more hands on manner, the UnCollege staff launched its first Gap Year Program in the Fall of 2013. Since then, young adults from 15 different countries have participated in the program. Upon graduating the program, UnCollege Fellows have gone on to start their own companies, receive university scholarships, join startups, and help non-profits around the globe.

On today’s episode, Gabe will be sharing the details of the Uncollege program and how it helps students build a road map for their higher education and beyond.
